Wǒ xué zhōngwén xué le liǎng nián le.
Wǒ xué le liǎng nián de zhōngwén le
I learned Chinese for 2 years.
Wǒ xué zhōngwén xué le liǎng nián。
I lived in China for 2 years.
Wǒ zài zhōnggúo zhù le liǎng nián.
I’ve been living in China for 2 years.
Wǒ zài zhōnggúo zhù le liǎng nián le.

**can only use bottom structure when verb carries an object, or you are talking about doing something
I have been skating for about a month (2 answers, using dà gài or zǔo yòu)
Wǒ dà gài huá le yí ge yuè le (ba).
Wǒ huá le yí ge yuè zuǒ yòu le (ba).
I haven’t spoken Chinese for two years
Wǒ liǎng nián méi shuō zhōng wén le.
NOTE if you are saying you havent done something for some time, you need to put the time duration BEFORE haven’t done something…you also use only one le at the end (maybe the “mei” serves as the first past tense qualifier)
I haven’t slept for two days
Wǒ liǎng tiān méi shuì jiào le
