high plank,or u can modify by putting your knees down to the ground. On an exhale lower down to the ground right on to your belly. Slide those elbows forward right underneath your shoulder forearms parallel to each other. Spread those fingers, extend back to the toes,neck and spine at the same line. OUT: With a next exhale softly allow the elbows to float back down and slide your hands back by your chest, release the chest, and press your way up to TT.

From Sphinx slide the hands forward a little, spread the fingers out a little bit, and press down to the palms and lifting up through the chest .
This will be more medicine for your spine!

1.Swing the right leg to top of the mat.2.relax left knee down.3.release top of the foot.4.move leg to the right.5.bring hand inside.6.bend elbows o bring torso to the ground
Out.nice and easy go ahead and back up on to your hands
