What does this XR show?
see early signs of RA with erosions and marginal erosion at the blue arrow.
these show joint inflammation and loss of joint space where the red arrows are
joint fluid characteristics comparing OA, inflammatory and septic joint
what is this showing and what is this associated with?
calcium deposits in the cartilege is chondrocalcinosis.
Seen in asymptomatic elderly pts but can be seen in acute inflammatory arthritis with CPPD deposition.
Pseudogout affects knee and seen in acute ilness

hyper Fe state
CPPD state
hypomagnesemia
low thyroid state
