These wines generally fall into 2 different flavor profiles:

The name derives from the town of Spoleto; “Spoletino” means “from the town of Spoleto.”

  1. Crisp, citrusy, similar to Sauvignon Blanc.
  2. Aromatic, unctuous, similar to Gewürtztraminer.
