  • only use material RELEVENT TO HEADLINE
    (background material to a minimum)
    -APPROPRIATE TONE for a BROADSHEET NEWSPAPER - no rhetorical questions, !/?s, exclamations (astonishing, massive), soapboxing (more effort is needed) - state facts but don’t propose solutions, don’t exceed word limit (400 words = approx. under 1 page)
