A

An industrial relations officer helps the disputing employers and employees to sort out their differences by talking to each other and find a solution. The IRO acts like a facilitator and gives them advice and guidance.its not legally binding

A

Helps to solve internal workplace conflicts and disagreements involving one worker or a group of workers

Adjudication (wrc)

A

The adjucation officer holds a hearing when both are given the opportunity to be heard by the adjudication offices. Hears complaints only about unfair dismissal, maternity leave and discrimination. And they have the power to order the employer to obey that law and pay compensation
