Perspiration inducing wrap
Differs from heat producing wraps by staying out longer until sweat is achieved for an additional half hour
Benefits of perspiration inducing wraps
- Increased illumination of poisons through skin
- Sedating to the nervous system and the physique
Body wraps
- Involves specialize product containing ingredients that can help with firming and detoxifying the body
- Enzymes, herbs, essential oils, clays, mud, seaweed, vitamins
- wrapped in warm covering or heated blanket.

- 1st stage
- 10- 15 minutes
- slight shock
neutral stage
- 2nd stage
- 20-45 minutes
- if stage is not met at 20 min mark stop treatment
- sedating effect can fall asleep
heating stage
- 3rd stage
- 15-60 minutes
- warm effect and slight sweating
