JCC v Eisenhower
A
Defendant shot victim with an air rifle. The pellet hit the victim in the eye, causing the eye to become bloodshot. As there was no break in the skin, the judge ruled that this was not wounding. Used to give more definition to wounding

R v Mowatt
A
Mowatt was out with someone when they stole £5 from them. They tried to chase the thief but failed. They eventually found the thief and pummelled them. Used for s.20 some harm.

A
Belfon was involved in a fight and attacked the victim with a razor. Used for s.18 serious harm
