Thomas was a caretaker at a school. He touched the skirt of a young girl at the school. Judge ruled that even the slightest touch is battery

Defendant grabbed a bag off the victims shoulder, and the victim filed for battery. Judge ruled that the actions were not hostile, and are therefore not unwanted and aggressive

A
K stole some acid from the science lab at school. He hid the acid in a hand dryer in the toilets, which was then used and sprayed acid into the person who used it. Used for battery through objects.
