Gibbons gave proctor money to feed their child, proctor did not and the child starved to death. Guilty through parental responsibility

Stone and dobbinson volunteered to care for stones elderly sister and failed to give her the medicine she needs, sister dies. Guilty through volunteered responsibility

Dytham was a police officer who watched a murder take place and did nothing, guilty through holding a position in a public office, as well as contract but mostly public office
R v Miller
Miller was a homeless man who accidentally lit a mattress on fire but failed to warn anyone about the fire or extinguish it, guilty through creation and failure to rectify a dangerous situation
R v Santana Bermudez
A police officer was searching Santana Bermudez and asked if she had anything sharp. She said no, when she actually had a needle in her pocket. The officer was stabbed by the needle. Guilty, through duty to act
