She bathes him, provides him with clothes and gives him wine, food and a gentle breeze to blow him in the right direction.

Her singing, weaving and domestic arrangements.
When does Circe become a model hostess?
When she recognises that Odysseus is able to resist her powers.
How does Circe show xenia?
Her maids set out a meal and prepare a bath, and Circe herself washes Odysseus, rubs him with olive oil and givers him splendid clothes.
Unlike Calypso what does Circe do?
When Odysseus wants to leave she does not hinder him.
How does Circe show her divine wisdom?
Telling him he has to visit the underworld, giving him precise instructions.
How is Circe a glorious goddess?
She greets Odysseus with bread, meat and wine when he returns.
How does Circe help Odysseus and his men?
She gives him instruction on how to survive. She warns him to avoid at all cost the sun gods cattle.
How is Nausicaa a cunning daughter?
She is too shy to mention her new-found interest in clothes for marriage, because of Athene, but gets the wagon she wants.
