Seed sown mid April-mid may in a prepared seedbed
Sown thinly in drills 15cm apart at a depth of 1-2cm, covered, labelled and watered
Can also be sown singularly in modules and left outside

Plant into final location when have 5-6true leaves in June/July
Water well the day prior to planting
Use a trowel or dibber to make a hole 30-60cm apart depending on cultivar
Transplants are puddled in with lowest leaves at ground level and firmed in well.
