Sow thinly in drills 0.5-1.5cm deep which have been watered before sowing
Rows 10-15cm apart
Can be sown successionally in short rows as they grow fast

Thinning allows remaining roots to develop fully
Carefully pull up by foliage to avoid disturbance to rest of crop
Remaining crop should be firmed and watered.
