50ml Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
1/2 teaspoon simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
garnish: lemon twist rested on the edge of the glass
glassware: coupe
Chrysanthemum (Old fashioned family)
62.5ml Dolin dry vermouth
12.5ml Benedictine
1 teaspoon Pernod absinthe
garnish: orange twist
glassware: coupe
Champagne Cocktail (Old fashioned extended family)
1 sugar cube
Angostura bitters
Dry champagne
lemon twist
flute
Sherry Cobler (Old fashioned extended family)
3 orange slices
1 tsp cane sugar syrup
87.5ml amontillado sherry
garnish: orange wheel, mint bouquet. go crazy
in a collins glass, muddle the orange slices and syrup. Add the sherry and stir briefly. Too with crushed ice and stir a few times to chill. top with more crushed ice.
Americano (Whiskey Highball family)
25ml Campari
25ml Carpano Antica Formula
100ml cold seltzer
garnish: 1 half orange wheel and a small bottle of seltzer on the side.
Pour campari and vermouth, add 3 ice cubes, stir for 3 seconds. Add seltzer and stir once.
Negroni Spagliato (Whiskey Highball family)
25ml Antica Formula Vermouth
25ml Campari
25ml Prosecco
garnish: half orange slice
glassware: highball
Mimosa (Whiskey Highball family)
25ml orange juice
3 drops citric acid solution
125ml dry sparkling wine
no garnish
combine orange juice and citric in a chilled flute. pour in sparkling wine and quickly dip the barspoon to mix.
Bellini (Whiskey Highball family)
25ml peach puree
125ml cold prosecco
no garnish
combine the ingredients in a chilled flute briefly.

12.5ml Gabriel Boudier Creme de Cassis de Dijon
132.5ml cold, dry champagne
no garnish
St. Germain Cocktail (Whiskey Highball family)

50ml cold dry sparkling wine
50ml cold seltzer
