Rub the interior of a julep tin with the mint bouquet, build cocktail, add half ice, stir. Add more ice and stir until frostes. Top up with more ice.

50ml Hakushu 12-year Japanese whisky
100ml cold seltzer
no garnish
Pour the whisky into a highball. add 1 ice cube. Let sit for 3 seconds. Add seltzer and gently stir.
