50ml citrus vodka
18.75ml Cointreau
12.50ml lime juice
12.5ml pure, unsweetened cranberry juice
12.5ml simple syrup (omit if cranberry juice is from concentrate and/or sweetened)
garnish: lime wheel
glassware: coupe
Moscow Mule (Daiquiri extended family, Tom Collins)
50ml cold seltzer
50ml vodka
12.5ml lime juice
18.75ml ginger syrup
garnish: lime wheel, candied ginger
glassware: collins
seltzer in glass first. short shake. top with ice

62.5ml Absolut Elyx vodka
12.5ml Dolin dry vermouth
garnish: 1 olive
less vermouth in an ideal vodka martini because it can overshadow the vodkA
Screwdriver (Whiskey Highball variation)
100ml orange juice
50ml vodka
citric acid solution
add citric acid solution, 1 drop at a time if the flavor of orange juice seems flat. Aim for sweet with a tangy bite.
Harvey Wallbanger (Whiskey Highball family)
37.5ml vodka
12.5ml Galliano l’Autentico
75ml orange juice
12.5ml lemon juice
garnish: 1 half orange wheel
short shake all ingredients and strain
Bloody Mary (Whiskey Highball family)
50ml vodka
125ml tomato juice
6.25ml lemon juice
etc
White Russian (Flip Family)
37.5ml vodka
25ml coffee liqueur
25ml half-and-half
garnish 3 coffee beans
glassware: double old fashioned
combine first two ingredients, layer cream on top
Grasshopper (Flip Family)
25ml white creme de menthe
25ml giffard creme de cacao
25ml heavy cream
8 mint leaves
garnish: 1 mint leaf

37.5ml Krogstad Aquavit
18.75ml Mathilde peach liqueur
18.75ml lemon juice
12.5ml orgeat
garnish: mint bouquet
glassware: double old fashioned
Espresso Martini
45ml Vodka
30ml Espresso
20ml Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes saline solution
lemon zest (discarded)
garnish: 3 coffee beans (represent health, wealth and happiness)
add max 5-7.5ml sugar syrup if coffee liqueur is too dry or bitter.
Dick Bradsell’s original recipe was called “Vodka Espresso”, and was created for a supermodel who asked for a drink that was going to “wake her up, and then fuck her up”. Originally served over the rocks, but during the Neo-Martini era one of Dick’s colleagues served it up.
Pornstar Martini (Diffords) Boozy, with fresh fruit
1,5 fresh passion fruit
60ml vanilla vodka
15ml Passoa passionfruit liqueur
15ml vanilla syrup
15ml lime juice
60ml brut champagne
garnish: half a passionfruit, glass of champagne on the side
glassware: martini glass/coupe
Pornstar Martini (Punch) less boozy, with puree
37.5ml vanilla vodka
12.5ml passion fruit liqueur
50ml passionfruit puree
2 barspoons vanilla sugar
50ml brut Champagne
garnish: half a passionfruit, glass of champagne
glassware: martini glass/coupe
vanilla sugar:
5 cups granulated sugar
2 vanilla pods
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until integrated. Sift through a sieve before using or storing.
