Cause: It tries to do multiple things at once and it goes to deadlock as nothing will work

Solution: Turn it off and on, close any un-needed programmes

Cause: Wehn the RAM has overwritten itself (deletes) so it doesn’t know what to do

Solution: restart software

Cause: Disk may have been disrupted

Solution: Try to fix the disk, back up

Solution: Find the file, back up

Cause: May not have installed drivers, msy noy be connected properly

Solution: re-connect, try to get the software

Cause: saved too much, capacity has been reached

Solution: Back it up/delete files that are not needed/get more capacity

Cause: Wrong password, parental controlled, access provalage eg if i tried to get on staff public

Solution: Get correct password/change password if persistent

Cause: crinkled paper

Solution: Take paper out and sort it out
