Comply w/ good distribution practice standards + pass inspections

A

Pharmacies supplying to another pharmacy w/in same legal entity/hospital w/in same trust

Pharmacies/hospitals supplying small quantities to healthcare professionals for treatment/onward supply provided:

  • Transaction takes place on occasional basis AND
  • Quantity supplied is small AND
  • Supply made not on profit basis AND
  • Supply not for onward wholesale distribution
