Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Rosé, and Sauvignon Blanc. Each of these varietals benefits from the land’s fine gravel and small pebbles based on thick layers of turonien limestone. The nature of the terroir with its mixture of gravel, limestone, and clay gives these wines body, delicacy, and excellent aromatics. Grand Caillou translates in French to- Big Pebble. While Anciennes Vignes is a range of old vine wines including Menetou-Salon, Sancerre, Sancerre Rosé, and Sancerre Rouge. The wines come from old vines that range in age from
20-30 years.

Tasting Notes: straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. Intense and aromatic nose of green apple, pineapple and citrus fruit. Fresh and well balanced on the palate, with a crisp acidity and a lovely, long finish.
Falanghina define Campania’s signature Italian white. They are typically zesty with peach fruit, minerals, and almond notes.

Alcoholic fermentation and aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 8 months.
TASTING
Fresh nose featuring scents of white flowers and fruit (apple, pear, lemon…) underscored by a touch of minerality. This wine is fresh and lively on the palate, featuring nice balance and a lovely, refreshing finish.
Aligoté is Burgundy’s “other” white grape, more rarely encountered than Chardonnay; yielding light, citrusy wines.
