“Pale yellow colour, with great brightness. On the nose, passion fruit and pink grapefruit, paired with a minty
freshness and a pleasant salivating savouriness. On the palate, we find the freshness of the ripe Sauvignon, then
very quickly the evolution towards the roundness and the slightly brioche notes of the Semillon bringing a lot of

Pian delle Vigne Rosso di Montalcino DOC is ruby red in color. The nose offers pleasant impressions of strawberries and cherries together with delicate citrusy hints of blood oranges and floral aromas. The complex bouquet is completed by balsamic notes of eucalyptus and hints of tobacco. Pleasant freshness on the palate is accompanied by silky tannins and distinctive sapidity. But here is tasting notes from 2021
Tasting Notes: The 2021 Spring Mountain Merlot has a beautiful dark purple
core. There are beautiful pure aromatics from this 100% Merlot wine. Big black
plum, dark roast coffee grounds, and black raspberry is matched with the
caramel, clove, and vanilla from the oak. The wine has a beautiful viscosity, very
rich and full. There is more cocoa nib, graphite and dark chocolate than fruit on
the palate. The tannins are that perfect level of chalkiness to go with the richness
of the wine. There is a beautiful black cherry cedar finish that goes on for a while.
