Protect inherent beauty of the region - managed development
Water - Collect, re-cycle, re-use, collect run-off
Energy - Efficient; Solar, Bio-mass boiler, anaerobic digesters, charging for electric vets to encourage
No a/c, channelling air=natural ventilation, Hydronics=cold water pipes
Re-cycling- Minimise landfill, collection and banding of recyclable waste, winery by-products>composting, washable plates, cups, knives/forks
Zero waste target
Give employees ‘Ownership’ of various areas
