Sustainability means working with what is already there and increasing sustainability in stages.
Target low hanging fruit for easy wins;
- Capture water for yard washing and lawn watering
- Install solar panels
- Small restaurant in a barn BUT using proper crockery and cutlery
- Bundling waste for re-cycling
