Wellness: an act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes.
Health: state of being free form illness or injury.

What are the four aspects of wellness?

• mental: state of mental well being allowing you to cope with stresses of life.
• spiritual: living a purposeful life in different dimensions.
• emotional: how we think and feel. Also related to relationships
• physical: how well your physical body is operating
