What was one way the public initially showed their distaste toward the Weimar government in 1925
Elected Hindenburg as president of the Republic. He was the first voice, the ‘ stab in the back’ theory about the TOV.

How did the Wall Street crash affect Germany and what was the government’s failure to deal with it?
1929 USA, Wall Street crashed and lead to depression. USA had been lending money to Germany to recover from war and German economy was back. But USA was now calling in his loans and not lending any more so German prices rapidly increased as did unemployment.
Government failed policy to help economy, and as the situation worsened support for extremist political parties .
How did the coalition failures also lead to the Weimar collapse?
Parties find it hard to work together and the SPD refused to take part in more coalitions.
Hindenburg forced to use article 48 , from July 1930 until the elections in 1932, 100 new laws were created by the chancellor burning using his presidential decree, and only 29 laws were passed. There were three chancellors and several elections in an attempt to find a government that would work.
