    limes, grapefruit, rose hip tea, plums
    aduki beans, apples, grapes
    Cautious of extremely sour foods
  2. Cook with less water, lower heat for longer periods of time

A
Reasons dryness can affect the lungs:
     Excessive Activity
     Imbalances in Diet
     Adverse Climate
     Organ malfunction

Inadequate yin fluids in body and therefore remedies for nourishing the yin and treat dryness

Using a little salt in cooking can help moisten dryness
