A
  1. At time of major burn injury => ↑Capillary permeability
  2. Blood leaks into interstitial space => Edema & ↓blood volume
  3. ↑Hct & ↑blood viscosity => ↑Peripheral resistance/↓Perfusion
  4. ↓BP + ↑Viscosity => ↑Peripheral resistance/↓Perfusion
  5. BURN SHOCK (type of hypovolemic shock) => (Un-Tx) DEATH
