resources used to construct stories like a blueprint that can also be analyzed for narrative analysis

time reclaimed, hope transcendent, developing self and communicative body, focusing on developing self still

Coping Strategy
appraisal of chronic disease as challenging/threatening leads to a situation of assessing and dealing with things in a different way
Mindfulness
awareness, observation and descriptive of their behaviours and non-judgemental
Acceptance
set of behaviours in reaction to mindfulness, that includes accepting the initial reactions, being present, choosing the valued direction and taking action
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
targets cognitions and behaviours related to illnesses and contributing to emotional distress, psychological symptoms and problematic outcomes that help reduce negative health outcomes
