Week 5 Flashcards
Describe the OTPF (Occupational therapy performance framework)
It positions occupational therapy with the global understanding of function, disability and health. One of the features of this model is that it helps OT’s to communicate with each other and with a larger audience
Describe the PEO model
The PEO model focuses on the interaction of the person, the environment and their occupations, across the lifespan. And you can see in the diagram that occupational performance sits at the centre of this model and is created by the overlap of these 3 components.
Describe the CMOP-E model
The CMOP-E is a Canadian model and is a more complex and in-depth representation of similar concepts as those represented in the PEO model. It clearly identifies the aspects of the person that are important to occupational performance
