What are the difference between 4 codes in a Criminal Court Summon?

A

Code 1: Violater is an OATH Recidivist and not eligible for a OATH summons

Code 2: Violater has a warrant or PCI-card

Code 3: Officer articulated a legitimate law enforcement reason to issue a C-summon instead of OATH. Patrol Supervisor must verify.

Code 4: Violation citied is not covered under the CJRA or subject violated multiple rules in which at least one is returnable to Criminal Court
