SMART Goals
S- specific goal to be obtained
M - measurable: how do i measure progress?
A- attainable: do i have the tools/ skills to obtain it?
R - relevant: why is the goal important to me?
T - time based: when will I achieve the goal?
What is a nursing philosophy?
a statement that outlines a nurse’s values, ethics, and beliefs, as well as their motivation for entering and being part of the profession
