Helps us with their care. We base the care on the diagnosis

What information should be sought when evaluating your client’s medications?
Many symptoms can be caused by medication and some medications may contraindicate aspects of your management. Ask the client to tell you at the time of consultation or, if not available, at a later date the names of all medications they are taking.
