Is offshoring good or bad?
Good: more jobs for peole in global south
Bad: poor working conditions, poor pay, overworked
What role does overpopulation have on the global economy?
Has created an informal economy - illegal and unprotected work; not enough opportunities in legitimate work
Why do companies use global supply chains?
To keep the wealth in the company; exploitation and cheap labour get the rich richer
