H Hypertension (or treated hypertension)
A2 Age >= 75 years 2
Age 65-74 years 1
D Diabetes
S2 Prior Stroke, TIA or thromboembolism 2
V Vascular disease (including ischaemic heart disease and peripheral arterial disease)
S Sex (female)
First line Mx of Stroke
(depending on time of presentation)
Within 4.5 hours: Thrombolysis with Alteplase, followed 24 hours later by aspirin 300mg
After 4.5 hours: No thrombolysis; just give Aspirin 300mg
Mx of female UTI symptoms with blood on urine dip
3 days trimethoprim
Send MSU
7 days if pregnant (even if asymptomatic)
PLA2R antibodies?
Membranous glomerulonephritis
Mx of Myasthenia gravis
Pyridostigmine (acetylcholinesterase inhibitor)
Mx of actinic keratoses
Fluorouracil cream
Mx of Pyoderma Gangrenosum
