What symptoms accompany a GAD?
Muscle tensions, agitation, difficulty sleeping, hard time concentrating
What is fight or flight?
The body’s natural reaction to fear, preparing the body to either fight or escape in a response to a threat
How to diagnose a panic disorder?
Experiencing both panic attacks, intense anxiety, avoidance, interpret normal physical sensations in a major way
What is agoraphobia?
A type of anxiety disorder that is determined by feelings that a place is uncomfortable or may be unsafe because it is crowded
What is the criteria for a phobia?
There is an irrational fear of a specific object or situations that interferes with ability to function
