Front
The boundary between two air masses
Warm front
Warm air mass meets and overrides a cold air mass
Cold front
Cold air mass meets and causes a warm air mass too rise
Occluded front
A cold air mass overtakes a slower moving warm air mass forcing warm air up
Stationary front
Cold air masses meet warm air mass and result in little movement.
Wind vane
Shows the direction wind is blowing from
Rain gauge
Measures the amount of rainfall
Thermomerter
The measurement of temperature
Hygrometer
The measurement of moisture
Barometer
Measures air pressure high=sunny and clear low=cloudy with storms
