•allowed to contribute to setting goals and strategies.

Pacesetting
leads by example.
•set high targets and standards, work very hard to achieve them.
•Workers expected to adopt their leader’s behaviours
Delegative
•manager delegates tasks to employees
•allows them the authority to decide how to complete them.
•They remain responsible for the outcomes but trust their workers
•manager trusts their workers to consistently perform at a high level and communicate openly

•delegative leadership style,
•confidence in his colleagues and allows them to get on with it
• there to advise and to ensure his subordinates have the tools to do their job, .
