Identify a new person is needed within the business

Job description

What tasks can they expect the job role to be responsible for?
Advertise the position
How will the job advert be promoted?

What methods? – company email, poster, newsletter, Linked In, Indeed, agencies…
Shortlist candidates
read through all cv pick out successfully candidates
Testing
