Vulval ulcers causes (x8)
A
- Herpes- painful ulcers
- Chancroid- unilateral painful papules
- Syphilis- Painless ulcer
- Lymphogranuloma venereum- painless ulcer w urethritis.
- Granoloma inguinale- chronic, red painless ulcers which bleed easily.
- Apthosis- B/l, VERY painful ulcers.
- Behcet disease- Oral and genital apthous ulcers and ocular involvement.
- Crohn’s- Knife cut ulcers that can form fistula, painless vulval oedema.
