Appendicitis.

What are some other causes of vomiting?
Alcoholism, drugs, psychogenic, pregnancy, uraemia.
What drugs can cause vomiting?
NSAIDs, opiates, digoxin, abx, cytotoxins.
What shooed you examine for when someone presents with vomiting?
Dehydration, distension, tenderness, abdo mass, tinkling bowel sounds.
