A
Thrombus in situ. Emboli. Graft occlusion. Trauma. Compartment syndrome.

What sign indicates that the acute limb ischaemia is irreversible?
A
Fixed mottling.

How is acute limb ischaemia managed?
A
URGENT SURGERY – either angioplasty or embolectomy.
Post-op anticoagulation with heparin.
