Niacin Vitamin B3
A deficiency in this vitamin will cause night blindness, dry skin (squamous metaplasia), bitot spots (buildup of keratin on conjunctiva) and dry eye

A deficiency in this vitamin can cause beriberi, ataxia, confusion, memory loss, ophthalmoplegia, muscle cramps, etc.
Thimine Vitamin B1
A deficiency in this vitamin will cause megaloblastic anemia, a sore tongue, diarrhea, and mental disorders
Folate
A deficiency in this vitamin will cause recurrent hemorrhages in gums, skin and joints. Think of the 3 H’s “Hyperkeratosis, hemorrhage, and hematologic anemia”
Vitamin C
A deficiency in this vitamin will cause photophobia and corneal lesions, scrotal dermatitis, lesions of the mouth, and angular chelitis
Vitamin B2 or riboflavin
Deficiency causes rickets and osteomalacia
Vitamin D
Deficiency will cause increased bleeding
Vitamin K
Too much vitamin C will cause?
