  • Effects of deficiency: rickets, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, increased CAD, arthritis, cancers, type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis

  • Effects of deficiency: Malabsorption disorders, inhibits blood coagulation, osteoporosis?
