Pellagra: causes dementia

Helps body convert nutrients into energy, keeps nervous system healthy.

Enables the body to release energy from carbs, protein and fat

Skin disorder, anaemia and impair metabolism.

Enables absorption of calcium

Weakened bones, rickets

Clots blood and allows wounds to heal

Helps the body make red blood cells and maintain physiological function and fights fatigue.
