For muscles to move, and nerves to carry messages to your brain. Maintain strong bones at teeth.
Iron function:
Needed for growth and development. Helps produce haemoglobin.
Iodine function:
To make thyroid hormones. Control body’s metabolism
Phosphorus function:
Activation of enzymes, maintenance of normal PH
Sodium function:
Conduct nerve impulses and contract and relax muscles.
Maintain the proper balance of water and minerals
Fluoride function:
Reverse tooth decay

Vitamin D
What does Iron compliment?
Vitamin C
What does iodine compliment?
Haemoglobin and myoglobin
What does phosphorus compliment?
Vitamin D and parathyroid hormone
