describe the innervation of the extra occular muscles.
superior, inferior, medial rectus and inferior oblique, levator palpebrae superioris= occulomotor never
lateral rectus = trochlear nerve
superior oblique = abducens
what eye movement does superior retcus do?
elevation
what eye movement does inferior rectus do?
depression

what eye movement does lateral rectus do
abducts
what eye movements does superior oblique do?
depresses, abducts and medial rotation (intorsion)
what eye movement does inferior oblique do?
elevates, adducts and lateral rotation (extorsion)
what are the layers of the retina?
- ganglion cells
- inner plexiformlayer
- inner nuclear layer
- outer plexiform layer
- outer nuclear layer
- photoreceptors (rods and cones)
