“the exercise of physical force by a person against a worker, in a workplace, that causes or could cause physical injury to the
worker.”

- power is how once force is relating to another force in the contect of relationships.
- The relationship is not equal.

- looks at how much agency or free will does a person have?
- determines if a person has the ability to make their own decisions

- a normal human emotion
- it is a vital message from our bodies
- can be external or internal
- allows person not recognize what they are feeling
- it is seen as a bad thing but it is not

A
aggression is a behaviour and is NEVER okay.
- it can br verbal or hostility.

- not alot of critical thinking happening

horizontal or lateral
and
vertical bullying

A
people of the same power
(example, two nursing students or, two RN’s)

people with different power stances
(example, instructor to nursing student, or nurse to student)
