Rate = 150bpm (300/big boxes for R-R)
Rhythm
R-R: regular
P wave: none
P-QRS: AV dissociation
QRS: wide QRS complex

All the QRS complexes appear the same = monomorphic VT

Increased HR + regular + wide QRS complex –> VT until proven otherwise (needs treatment immediately)
CHECK PULSE IMMEDIATELY
If no pulse –> Epi/amiodarone + CPR + defibrillate
If has pulse
Tx:
Adenosine (blocks AVN)
Procainamide/amiodarone/lidocaine
Prep for synchronized cardioversion (shock at R wave whereas defib is shock anywhere on the QRS complex)
