Rhythm

P wave: no p wave
Pā> QRS: AV dissociation (no link between SAN and AVN and bundle of His)
QRS: wide QRS complex
Tx
VF ā> CPR and airway
Give epinephrine + amiodarone
Defibrillation between cycles of CPR and drugs
Think about 6Hs and 6Ts
H: hypoxic, hypovolemia, hypo/hyperK, H+ increased (acidosis), hypothermic
T: thrombus (heart), thrombus (lung: PE), tension pneumothorax, tamponade (cardiac), toxin
