Q

Describe the difference in vehicle glass construction between Tempered glass and Laminated glass:

A
  • Tempered glass - most side and rear windows, shatters into small irregular shaped pieces.
  • Laminated glass - two (2) pieces of glass laminated together with a sheet of plastic in between them. When broken the glass brakes into shards, however it will usually remain as a solid sheet.
