Symptoms of Heat Stress and cramps:
A
- Heat rash
- Nausea
- Swelling of hands or feet
- Thirst
- Muscular pain and spasms
- Vigorous perspiration
- Feeling hot and being flushed

Symptoms of Heat Exhaustion:
A
2 types
Water depletion - can result in loss of consciousness
Salt depletion - dizziness or passing out
- Feeling faint, headaches, dizziness
- Vigorous perspiration
- muscular cramps
- lowered blood pressure
- Thirst
- Nausea
- Heat rash
- Swelling of hand or feet

Symptoms of Heat Stroke:
A
Heat Stroke is life threatening, if not treated immediately
- High body temp, often over 40 degrees
- red, hot and possibly dry skin
- weak and close to collapse
- Reduced conscious state, or unconsciousness
- rapid, weak pulse
- rapid breathing and shallow
- seizures
